PteSon is an online platform that provides PTE (Pearson Test of English) preparation services, including practice tests, mock exams, speaking practice, writing exercises, and educational content. Our services are designed to help students prepare for the PTE Academic examination.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of PteSon or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
The Platform is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. While we strive to provide accurate practice materials, we cannot guarantee that using our Platform will result in improved PTE scores.
In no event shall PteSon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
