1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your PteSon subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After this period ends, your subscription will not renew, and access to premium features will be discontinued.

4. Processing Time

• Practice tests that have been accessed or attempted
• Downloaded materials or resources
• Services that have been fully utilized
• Subscriptions canceled after the refund period
