Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your PteSon subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After this period ends, your subscription will not renew, and access to premium features will be discontinued.

2. Refund Policy

7-Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscriptions, refunds are only available within the first 7 days of the initial subscription. No refunds are provided for subsequent monthly renewals.

Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, you may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your account email and transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 48 hours

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Practice tests that have been accessed or attempted
  • Downloaded materials or resources
  • Services that have been fully utilized
  • Subscriptions canceled after the refund period

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests or fraudulent activity.
